Role & responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid-to senior-level profiles. • Working on the TAT as per the given. • Coordinating with the team on the Recruitment process. • Ensure the team implements the Recruitment Plan as per the monthly operating Plan. • Ensure the assigned profiles are filled on the given TAT monthly. • candidate relationships during the selection process. • Team meetings on the recruitment process. • Team Handling • Monitoring the team on recruitment. • Updating the team manager on real-time hiring. • Maintaining a list of real-time requirements. • Providing regular updates to the team on allotted profiles. • Interviewing and selecting the candidate as per the job description • Conducting the final round of interviews and negotiating the salaries
