Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's
  SaaS products and drive growth in user base.
• Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to attract and retain customers.

2. SEO and Website Optimization:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research, analyze website traffic, and implement SEO
  strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to optimize landing pages and website structure for improved conversion rates.

3. Social Media Marketing:

• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to grow user engagement and reach.
• Develop creative and impactful campaigns to increase brand awareness and community interaction.

4. User Acquisition and Growth:

• Identify innovative methods to acquire and onboard new users to the organizations platform.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, churn) and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for higher ROI.

5. Content Development & Marketing Campaigns:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, case studies, email campaigns, and more.
• Create and execute product marketing strategies for lead generation and customer retention.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and measure the performance of all marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign success, and actionable insights to improve results.

7. Brand Management:

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Build a strong and differentiated brand presence in the competitive SaaS landscape.

Requirements:

● Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 3-5 years of experience in marketing, specifically for SaaS or tech-based products.

● In-depth knowledge of various marketing techniques, tools, and platforms.

● Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, SEM, and social media marketing.

● Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, and customer retention

strategies.

● Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

● Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM

systems is a plus.

● Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
