Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and increase lead generation. This position requires an expert who can leverage both creative and analytical skills to execute strategies across multiple digital channels, such as paid search, social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and more.

The Digital Marketing Expert will work closely with our internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to build and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies that align with the companys objectives. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies: Create, implement, and manage holistic digital marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives and enhance the companys online presence. This includes strategies across paid search (PPC), display advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Take ownership of digital marketing campaign planning, execution, and optimization across various channels. Tailor campaigns to maximize engagement, lead generation, and revenue.
  • Target Market Identification: Utilize customer insights and market research to identify key audience segments. Use these insights to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the audience's interests and needs.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings across major search engines (Google, Bing, etc.). Ensure that website content is optimized for SEO, from keyword research and meta tags to content structure and URL formatting.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Work with the content team to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, articles, and other forms of content to increase organic search visibility and attract relevant traffic.
  • Technical SEO: Ensure the website is technically sound for SEO, including optimization for mobile, site speed, schema markup, and implementing Google Search Console recommendations.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink performance. Use data to refine strategies and improve overall SEO performance.
3. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Media:
  • Paid Search Campaigns: Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms. This includes keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategy, and campaign optimization.
  • Display Advertising & Retargeting: Develop and manage display advertising campaigns and retargeting strategies across networks like Google Display Network (GDN) and social media platforms.
  • Budget Management: Oversee paid media budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Regularly assess campaigns and adjust based on performance.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other reporting tools to track campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
4. Social Media Marketing:
  • Social Media Strategy: Design and implement social media marketing strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, with a focus on audience engagement and community building.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Work with the creative team to develop high-quality, engaging social media content that aligns with the companys brand voice. This includes posts, stories, and videos that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Social Media Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. Create audience segments, design creatives, and manage budgets for each campaign.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand awareness and reach through sponsored content and partnerships.
5. Email Marketing:
  • Email Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns designed to increase customer engagement, retention, and conversions. Work with the marketing team to design targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Segment email lists to ensure messages are tailored to specific audience groups, improving engagement and open rates. Implement dynamic content strategies and personalization techniques to make emails more relevant to recipients.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and timing to continuously improve email performance. Monitor metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Automation: Utilize email marketing automation platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency. Implement automated email workflows, such as welcome emails, drip campaigns, and post-purchase follow-ups.
6. Analytics & Performance Tracking:
  • Web Analytics: Monitor and analyze website performance through tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, including A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and continuous optimization of landing pages and forms.
  • Reporting & Data Interpretation: Provide regular reporting on digital marketing campaign performance, including ROI, KPIs, and metrics across all channels. Interpret data and present actionable insights to management.
7. Content Marketing:
  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to drive organic traffic and improve brand visibility. This includes blogs, case studies, ebooks, webinars, and other content formats that speak to the needs and interests of target audiences.
  • Content Distribution: Ensure that content is effectively distributed across relevant channels (social media, email, website, third-party websites) and leveraged for SEO purposes.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality content that resonates with customers and drives engagement.
8. Branding & Online Presence:
  • Brand Awareness Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that focus on building brand awareness across various platforms and channels.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor the companys online reputation and address any potential issues or negative feedback. Ensure that the brands image is consistent across all digital touchpoints.
  • Engagement and Community Building: Engage with followers and customers across digital platforms to build a loyal community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
9. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams (e.g., content, creative, product, etc.), sales, and customer service to align on strategy, campaigns, and customer experience.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: If applicable, manage relationships with external vendors or digital marketing agencies. Coordinate efforts to ensure that campaigns and strategies are executed effectively.
Required Qualifications: 1. Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Masters Degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, including experience in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience working in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns that have driven measurable results, such as increased traffic, leads, and conversions.
2. Technical & Digital Marketing Skills:
  • SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz), and strategies for both on-page and off-page optimization.
  • PPC & Paid Media: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Web Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp, HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Social Media Tools: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite , Buffer , Sprout Social ) and paid media platforms.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress , Shopify , or Magento .
  • A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Familiarity with tools like Optimizely , Google Optimize , or other CRO tools.
3. Creative & Analytical Skills:
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills, with the ability to generate fresh ideas for engaging digital content that aligns with brand goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing campaigns for performance.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring content is error-free, properly optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
4. Soft Skills:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Team Collaboration: Able to collaborate across various departments to align on business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to pivot and adapt strategies based on evolving business needs.
