OXZER Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive to join us in Noida, India. In this role, you will be responsible for the growth of the company.
Job Experience 5+ years
Qualification B.E, B.Tech, MCA or Equivalent
Primary job responsibilities
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customised targeted sales strategies.
  • Well versed in IT Services sales like Mobile App Development, Web App Development, Cloud Services to domestic and international clients.
  • Good in generating leads from bidding platforms such as Elance, Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, AppFutura etc.
  • Good in generating new business through LinkedIn, references, etc.
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
  • Experience in Business Development, project requirement analysis, drafting proposal and negotiation with domestic and international clients.
  • Excellent PR skills to make long term relationship with clients.
  • Should be able to manage sales process independently.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Must have previous experience of sales on online portals.
  • Should be Target Oriented.
  • Tracking and managing company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.
