Qualification B.E, B.Tech, MCA or Equivalent
Primary job responsibilities
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customised targeted sales strategies.
Well versed in IT Services sales like Mobile App Development, Web App Development, Cloud Services to domestic and international clients.
Good in generating leads from bidding platforms such as Elance, Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, AppFutura etc.
Good in generating new business through LinkedIn, references, etc.
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
Experience in Business Development, project requirement analysis, drafting proposal and negotiation with domestic and international clients.
Excellent PR skills to make long term relationship with clients.
Should be able to manage sales process independently.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Must have previous experience of sales on online portals.
Should be Target Oriented.
Tracking and managing company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.
