Job Description
Implement Red Hat products in customer environment in a timely manner
Build, deploy and demonstrate proof of concepts to customers
Assist with the technical portions of responses to RFPs and RFIs
Help in defining the solution architecture, deployment strategy, Sizing, BoQ etc.
Act as a trusted advisor for customers and assist technology stakeholders in setting and delivering on expectations

Required Skills
Familiarity with Java/JEE, Microservices, Event Driven, Serverless, containers etc.
Familiarity with any of the products like Red Hat Openshift, Ansible, Red Hat Virtualisation, EAP, 3Scale, Fuse etc
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
Familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance.
Knowledge of networking, filesystem, and UNIX-like services and concepts
Any certification on Red Hat products would be a plus
Excellent troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate and present ideas in a user-friendly way
Motivated and comfortable working within a team
Ramp up time should be short, so has to be a quick learner with ability to shape up on pressure situations
