Regional Business Manager/ Area Business Manager

Role & responsibilities :

* Lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities , building relationships and closing deals.

* Develop sales strategies to achieve sales target through effective planning, execution and monitoring .

* Analyze sales data to identify trends , track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly .

* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

* Collaborate with cross - functional team to launch marketing campaigns , product promotions and events that align with company goals .

Preferred candidate profile :

* 5 to 10 years of experience in sales management or related field .

* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding Sales Targets .

* Strong understanding of Sales Strategy , Sales Management , Sales Planning Sales Forecasting and Strategic Sales Planning Principles.

* Complete understanding of the currently assigned territory.
