Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource (HR) Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role will work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with organizational goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process from job postings, interviewing, and selection.
• Ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce by promoting fair hiring practices.

Performance Management:

• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance to management on employee performance issues and corrective actions.
• Assist in the establishment of employee development programs and career paths.

Compliance:

• Ensure that the organization adheres to labor laws and HR regulations.
• Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policy.
• Prepare reports for audits, investigations, or compliance purposes.

Strategic HR Planning:

• Work closely with senior management to align HR goals with organizational objectives.
• Analyze HR data and make recommendations for improving employee retention and performance.
