Job Description
- Location Incharge: Looking after the overall CS functions at Offices.
- Budgeting: Budgets are prepared properly with justification, wherever necessary and
sent to FCA in time.
- Monitoring all office repair maintenance work. Working on SAP for creating various PRs,
RO, ROS, FO. Preparing GRNs, Service Entries, Abstracts.
Management Profile
- Preparing Daily Performance Report, Preparation of Reports as when required by
HOD. Preparation of monthly reports regular updating of SAMS entry.
- Ensure that all Contractors/Vendor Invoices are submitted and processed on time.
- Maintain daily IN/OUT register personally. Attending outside incoming calls vis- -vis
visitors coming into the office.Management Profile
- Preparing Daily Performance Report, VMS, CS helpdesk, Monthly Weekly Reports and
regularly updated SAMS entry.
- Repair installation and rent payment from tenants has been collected timely at Court
House. Attending to the repair concerned queries of the Tenants at Court House.
Operational Profile
- Ensure that all Contractors/Vendor Invoices are submitted and processed on time.
Maintaining measuring the performance of all Vendors.
- Ensuring for completion of work before timeline.
- Ensuring that all equipment#s are serviceable ready-to-use.
- Ensuring food water is tested on time.
- Encourage the team member to adopt for higher responsibility.
- Ensuring the feedback from employees from time-to-time.
- Ensuring that office timing are maintained properly. Coordinating with each employee
and liaising with all agencies for smooth functioning.

Candidates must possess degree or diploma in administration and has atleast 10-12 years#
experience in administration areas of large Manufacturing Site. Post-graduates will be
preferred. He should also be a strong communicator fluent in computers, MS Office,
presentations, SAP, budgeting exercise, etc.,
