Responsibilities include: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the collections process including: Daily outreach to customers with open receivables Research and resolve balance disputes Coordinate with Sales Department on credit hold issues Assist in reconciliation of inbound payment transactions Generation and Issuance of Monthly Customer Statements
Establish and enforce proper collections procedures Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Assist with projects and provide assistance to other departments
Desired Skills Experience: Proven working experience as a Collections Specialist or similar role Solid computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem solving and critical thinking skills Associate s/Bachelor s degree a plus
