Job Description
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls,responding to emails and
interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team membersand industry partners
Schedule meetings and appointments and take minutes and followthrough with action items
Be responsible for travel and manage travel itineraries
Arrange corporate events and help plan company events, meetings,and employee team
building activities or special projects.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronicdocuments
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff andclientele
Preparation of documents such as standard contracts, disclosureagreements etc.
Manage the recruitment and selection process including onboarding
Orientation of new employees by providing information about thecompany policies and other
general information about the company
Organizes and maintains the Human Resources filing system- ensuresaccuracy and
completeness of confidential personnel files and employee records
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training program
Assist CEO on various projects and reporting including strategicresearch projects
Qualification: BE or Btech from computer Sciencebackground
