Program Manager - Consulting Firm - Contractual (7-12 yrs)

Our client, a top-tier consulting firm, is working with a leading banking and fintech company on strategic product initiatives and operational optimization in Bangalore

To support this engagement, the client is looking to onboard a Project Lead/Program Manager with a strong background in product strategy, acquisition, credit risk, card engagement, and CVP (Customer Value Proposition) benefits. The role involves leading a team of 1+2 or 1+3 members and collaborating with stakeholders to align project execution with business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient project execution and achievement of goals

- Product Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement

- Credit Risk Management: Oversee risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies

- Card Engagement Programs: Enhance usage and retention through tailored engagement initiatives

- CVP Benefits Optimization: Design and implement strategies to strengthen customer loyalty

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions

- Data Science Applications: Utilize data analytics and predictive analysis to enable data-driven decision-making

Your Background:

- Experience: 7-8+ years in banking, fintech, or financial services

- Product and Risk Expertise: Strong knowledge of credit risk, product strategy, and customer acquisition

- Card Engagement: Experience in managing loyalty and card engagement programs

- Data Science Proficiency: Hands-on experience or strong understanding of data science techniques, including analytics and AI/ML applications in finance

- Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively

- Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading a team in a banking/fintech setup and exposure to AI/ML-based credit risk models

This opportunity will be on a 12-month contract, requiring the consultant to work full-time on-site in Bangalore. The consultant will need to relocate to Bangalore for the project's entire duration
