Our client, a global consulting firm, is engaged in a strategic project with a government entity, focusing on driving digital transformation and fostering innovation. The role is critical to delivering innovative solutions that leverage emerging technologies and best practices to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and enable strategic growth. The project offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and organizational change, focusing significantly on the logistics and import/export industry.

Key Responsibilities

The Digital Transformation Innovation Consultant will be pivotal in leading and supporting innovation initiatives, managing change, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with government and industry stakeholders to identify and address pain points, opportunities, and strategic objectives.

- Leading or contributing to ideation, prototyping, and scaling innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals.

- Driving organizational change management, including developing stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and training programs.

- Developing and presenting case studies or success stories to illustrate the impact of digital transformation initiatives.

- Applying expertise in emerging technologies, such as AI, ML, blockchain, IoT, and RPA, to design and implement innovative solutions.

- Leveraging digital tools and platforms, including cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI), and collaboration platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams), to optimize project delivery.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, management consulting, or related fields.

- Demonstrated experience in innovation projects, including ideation, prototyping, and scaling solutions.

- Proven expertise in managing organizational change, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training delivery.

- Industry experience in logistics or import/export sectors.

- Track record of successful case studies or transformative projects within relevant industries.

- Proficiency with emerging technologies such as AI, ML, blockchain, IoT, and RPA.

- Strong technical skills, including familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI), and digital collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience with a government entity, particularly in the MENA region.

- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
