Our client, a global consulting firm, is engaged in a strategic project with a major bank to enhance its FinTech ecosystem by optimizing sandboxing and licensing processes. The role is critical in ensuring compliance, managing risks, and driving innovation in financial services. Key Responsibilities:

- The FinTech Sandboxing and Licensing Specialist will play a pivotal role in assessing and enhancing regulatory processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting risk management in the rapidly evolving FinTech landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

- Analyzing and evaluating FinTech Sandbox and Licensing Applications with a strong focus on regulatory, compliance, and risk management criteria.

- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to identify process enhancements and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks.

- Providing expert recommendations to approve or reject applications based on thorough assessments.

- Supporting the consulting team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure project objectives are met.

- Engaging with clients directly to present findings, provide insights, and address queries effectively.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial services.

- Profound understanding of FinTech Sandboxing and Licensing processes and their regulatory frameworks.

- Strong expertise in evaluating applications from a risk and compliance perspective.

- Experience working within consulting firms or similar advisory environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A background in cybersecurity or technical knowledge in financial services.

- Proficiency in English, with Arabic being a strong advantage.
