Project Manager - Payments Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

Roles and Resposibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of projects.

- Coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.

- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the project's progress.

- Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.

- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.

- Report and escalate to management as needed.

- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.

- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

- Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

Qualifications required:

- Proven working experience in project management.

- Payment system Project management is required.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills and bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Other Important Information:

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12-month contract. This project is based out in Abu Dhabi,UAE, and the selected consultant would need to be onsite for the entirety of the project duration.
