Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the "Communications, Content Strategy, Design, and Media" practice area at Outnovate.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire and retain customers both in the United States and India, with potential for global expansion.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation.
• Help shape and execute the business plan for the practice area.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on customer success and top-line growth.
• Develop communication collateral and create exceptional content for various marketing initiatives.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in content conceptualizing and writing.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing styles and successful content campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and developers.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and targeted outreach techniques.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a growth mindset.
• Experience with technology-focused products or services, or diverse industries, is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree + MBA (Preferred fields: Marketing, Technology, or Engineering).
