Fresher- HR, Otsuka Pharma- Ahmedabad

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent BBA graduates looking to launch their career in HR. The HR Executive will assist in various HR functions.

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help ensure that HR policies and practices comply with company standards and legal requirements.
• Support the HR team in managing payroll processing, benefits administration, and other
  compensation-related tasks.
• Help in organizing employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is a plus.
