• Handling Payroll activities.
  
• Managing employees leave records.
  
• Generating Weekly and Monthly reports ofemployees punches and timings.
  
• Searching for candidates from job portals,scheduling & conducting initial interviews & sharing feedback for nextround.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel isrequired.
  
• Managing the grievances, leave requests,advance requests & queries of staff and reporting.
  
• Conducting joining, orientation process of newjoiners & handling exit formalities
  
• Managing the employee documents, details andkeeping records of increment, decrement and transfer.
  
• Managing events in office.
  
• Reviewing and renewing company policies andlegal compliance.
  
• Handling office admin tasks as and whenrequired.
  

Requirements

Qualification

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate /MBA in HumanResources.
  
• Prior Experience of 3 to 5 years in HR with asimilar role.

• Experience in handling Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Onboardingand Orientation, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compliance and PolicyDevelopment.
