- Experience : 5-10 yrs
- Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage finishing works on high-rise buildings, residential towers, housing projects, townships, and real estate developments.
- Oversee RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) site engineering and execution.
- Ensure the timely completion of finishing works from handover to possession stage.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work well in a team setting.
- Generate timely and accurate reports.
