Job Description:

Collate raw data from the concerned stakeholder, clean up irrelevant and unnecessary data and segregate the workable data.

• Analyze business information to identify sales process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to sales volume, benefit and schemes administration and its impact on revenue generation.
• Prepare various report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management/ sales head in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format.
• Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs; assist in sales volume forecast and capacity planning as needed.
• Generate and share management reports, analytics, dashboard in accurate and timely manner.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as required by the management or per business need.
• Write relevant query function, logic and update data on Google Spreadsheet for generating required report as well as creating dashboard to provide insights.
