Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for handling all construction activities related to site execution for finishing works as well as approval of IRs, raise RFIs related to construction details.

About the Role:

• Work experience for interior finishing works for residential- high rise buildings.
• Preferably handled one project from start to finish.
• Ensure seamless integration of finishes with other construction activities.
• Good knowledge for activities such as tiling work, paint work, fa ade work and other related finishing works.
• Identify and resolve issues related to finishes, such as defects or discrepancies.

About You:

• B.E. Civil / Diploma
• 4 Years & above of relevant experience
• Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
