Implementation Manager

Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Implementation Manager for the USA market.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are looking to kickstart their careers in customer success and implementation management.

As an Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and successful implementation experiences for our clients, setting the stage for long-term relationships, customer satisfaction, and assisting the product team with the new feature requirements.

Responsibilities:
Understand the clients requirements and lay out the implementation plan.
Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients from initial contact to successful handover.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and internal support to ensure seamless implementation experiences.
Understand the internal tools and pick the implementation tasks proactively to expedite the process.
Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients to ensure they are fully equipped to use our solutions effectively.
Gather feedback from clients during the implementation process and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvements.
Develop and maintain Implementation documentation, training materials, and resources to support client implementation activities.
Track and report on key Implementation metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
