Lead Software Developer - Nodejs

We are looking for a Lead Node js Developer to design and implement new systems and features, as we'll as modify and maintain existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes.

The Lead engages directly with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors to ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of technology-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives, design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
• Provide code documentation and other inputs to technical documents
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Implement data security and protection

Must have skills:

• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience working in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Microservices, GraphQL,MVC and Rest API.
• Proven 3+ Years of experience as a Back-End Developer
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
