This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with various services.
- Optimize APIs for performance, security, and scalability.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement automated testing frameworks and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Redux, Micro frontend architecture, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
