Job Description
Urgent Requirement: Sr. Quality Analyst (BPO)
- Sr. Call Quality analyst for US voice process (BPO)
- Conduct regular audit of calls to ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents based on quality evaluations, highlighting strengths and areas for development.
- Conduct compliance audits and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Key Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in a QA role within an International BPO environment (Voice).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Benefits:
- 5 Days working, Monday to Friday
- Saturday & Sunday fixed offs
- US Shift - 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (FIXED)
- No cab facility
