Job description
we are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our retail jewelry store to new heights. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, staff leadership, and store presentation. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
Drive store sales through excellent customer service and effective sales strategies.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
Provide personalized product recommendations, expert knowledge, and styling advice to customers.
Staff Management & Development:
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates to provide outstanding customer service.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff to meet operational and sales goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and offer coaching and development opportunities.
Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
Inventory & Merchandising:
Oversee inventory management to ensure stock levels are optimal and shrinkage is minimized.
Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing, adhering to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays that highlight key products and seasonal collections.
Operations & Administration:
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and sales reporting.
Monitor and manage the stores financial performance, including budget adherence and cost control.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
Support local marketing initiatives and events to drive traffic and brand awareness.
Build relationships with local businesses and the community to expand the stores customer base.
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification: Graduate (Preferably in Business, Fashion, or a related field).
Minimum 5+ years of experience of in retail jewelry sector require.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
Strong understanding of inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations.
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a team.
Detail-oriented with a passion for jewelry and fashion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management software.
Location: Candidates should have willingness to relocate anywhere in North Bengal
