Job Description

○ Hands on experience at approval on Shipping Docs, monitoring / managing the ticket queue and Respond to and follow up with orders in a timely manner. Also Meet the agreed SLA/KPI Orders placed in the queue, need to be submitted through the supplier ordering portal.

○ Also should have knowledge on EOR & IOR, commercial invoice creation, shipment Booking, create shipping docs, create AWB and PL.

○ Provide the shipping docs and tracking information to the requester by coordinating with multiple teams, Monitor the ticket till final delivery and help process the Move Order Requests.

○ Create shipping documents (CI, AWB) and ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the MORs are in place and compliant with shipping practices.

○ Creation of Manual Trade documents as needed and manage the process of receiving MORs and Supply Chain Portal (SR+) requests.

○ Track and trace shipment delivery to the end user and review Order Form entry via Guts.

○ Monitor order / ticket backlog to identify potential problem orders and initiate corrective actions.

○ Produce performance metrics to demonstrate performance to agreed SLAs and KPIs.

○ Identify and escalate system related performance issues to local support team.

○ Creating commercial invoice.

○ Shipping documentation knowledge like custom clearance paperwork, Airway bill, etc.

○ International + intra-region shipment of orders i.e. all hardware like laptops, desktops, peripheral, etc. Can be a bulk shipment to offices or directly shipping it to the users physical address.

○ Good knowledge of Logistics and supply chain, also need to be aware of Incoterms.

Candidates should have experience on working with international clients is mandatory.
