Job Description
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of talent to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Assist in developing performance appraisal systems and guide managers on performance-related issues.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce trends and recommend changes to improve productivity and engagement.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and advise on HR best practices.
- Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- MBA ( HR ) from reputed university.
- Proven experience of 2-4 yrs in an HR role, with a focus on business partnership.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office environment with occasional travel for meetings or events.
