Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data standards and interoperability, as well as expertise in developing robust integration tools and solutions for healthcare systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless exchange of healthcare information across systems while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Development of Integration Adopters and Tools :

- Design, develop, and implement healthcare integration adopters and tools using HL7 FHIR standards.

- Create and manage APIs and services to enable seamless communication between systems.

Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) and EHR Systems :

- Integrate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems with external applications and databases.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during the exchange of healthcare information.

Programming and API Development :

- Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and RESTful APIs.

- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Interoperability Protocols and Standards :

- Implement and manage interoperability protocols like HL7 v2, CDA, CCD, and IHE profiles.

- Ensure adherence to industry standards for healthcare data exchange.

Cloud Platform Utilization :

- Utilize the Azure cloud platform for application hosting, data processing, and scalability.

- Implement cloud-based solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.

Compliance and Certification :

- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards such as HIPAA and HITECH.

- Leverage certifications in HL7 FHIR to maintain industry best practices.

Collaboration and Documentation :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare providers, IT teams, and vendors.

- Document technical specifications, workflows, and integration processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in HL7 FHIR standards and experience in building integration tools.

- Strong programming skills in C#, ASP.NET, and REST APIs.

- Familiarity with interoperability protocols such as HL7 v2, CDA, CCD, and IHE profiles.

Healthcare Domain Knowledge :

- Expertise in Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

- Strong understanding of healthcare data workflows and interoperability challenges.

Cloud Platform Experience : Hands-on experience with the Azure cloud platform.

Compliance Knowledge : Awareness of healthcare data privacy standards like HIPAA and HITECH.

Certifications (Preferred) : Certification in HL7 FHIR.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance best practices.

Soft Skills :
