.Net Developer - ASP/C#/WebAPI (4-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Tech Lead to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for leading the development of complex software applications using ASP.Net, .Net Core, MVC, and Web API technologies.

You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, ensuring code quality, and driving technical innovation within the team.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers

- Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using ASP .Net, .Net Core, MVC, and Web API

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in .Net technologies

- Participate in system design discussions and propose innovative solutions

- Estimate project timelines and ensure on-time delivery

- Foster a collaborative and positive development environment

- Manage technical debt and work towards continuous improvement

Requirements :

- 4-6 years of experience in software development using ASP .Net, .Net Core, MVC, and Web API

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies

- Experience in leading and mentoring a development team

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow
