Job Title: SAP BRIM Consultant (CI/CM) & SAP BRIM Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced SAP BRIM Consultants (CI/CM) and SAP BRIM Architects to design, implement, and optimize SAP BRIM solutions.

The ideal candidates should have in-depth expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) modules, including Convergent Invoicing (CI), Contract Management (CM), Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), and Contract Accounting (FI-CA).

These roles require collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-performance billing and revenue management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

For SAP BRIM Consultant (CI/CM) :

- Implementation & Integration: Configure and implement Convergent Invoicing (CI) / Contract Management (CM) with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and FI-CO.

- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business teams to analyze billing and revenue processes and translate them into SAP BRIM solutions.

- Customization & Optimization: Configure SAP BRIM CI/CM modules to enhance performance and meet business requirements.

- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and optimize system efficiency.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with finance, sales, and IT teams for seamless project execution.

- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure SAP BRIM solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.

For SAP BRIM Architect:

- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end SAP BRIM solutions, covering SOM, CC, CI, and FI-CA for subscription-based and consumption-based billing models.

- Integration Leadership: Lead SAP BRIM implementation and integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, FI-CO, and third-party billing systems.

- Process Optimization: Improve system performance and scalability by optimizing SAP BRIM processes.

- Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship and leadership to SAP BRIM consultants and junior team members.

- Project Management: Conduct workshops, lead discussions, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6-13 years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP BRIM implementation for Architects and 3+ years for Consultants.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM modules: CI, CM, SOM, CC, and FI-CA.

- Experience integrating SAP BRIM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, and FI-CO.

- Understanding of event-based billing, mediation, and rating scenarios.

Development & Customization :

- Proficiency in SAP BRIM configurations, FIORI apps, BTP, CDS Views, BRF+, and BAdIs.

Industry Knowledge:

- Experience in telecom, utilities, media, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certifications

- SAP Certified in SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Billing & Revenue Management.
