Support the triage, ownership alignment, review, and verification of prior commitments.
Capture, analyze, and document on- and off-platform commitment sources.
Search all applicable channels for commitments during the period established by the client; verify if commitments are captured within tools; and provide an escalation process for missing statements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of new commitments and commitment sources as needed.
Provide ongoing support to relevant teams by supplying key lessons learned and best practices, creating onboarding guides and playbooks, and summarizing lessons.
Perform Root Cause Analysis, in collaboration with XFN teams, to identify reasons for missing commitments and support the remediation process.
Investigate missing commitments and determine how and why commitments were missed.
Collaborate with product XFN teams to determine if commitments are missing or not being met.
Review, assess, and conduct a Commitment gap analysis to drive and facilitate legal and XFN review as needed.
Create process documentation.
Provide day-to-day supervision and team oversight.
Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience in a Privacy Program Manager role.
Someone who delivers Detail-oriented work that can stand up to scrutiny, is factually sound, and is reliable.
Experience with GRC.
Passion for thinking administratively concerning privacy tasks with the ability to foresee the whole impact and devise a stable and repeatable process.
Excellent organizational and written skills.
Possess a "can-do" attitude and be committed to working in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional client service and personal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Ability to apply privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation).
Experience with legal background/processes is beneficial.
