JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for managing Kolkata region in banca channel.

- Managing a direct team of 4-5 branch managers and their frontline team to deliver assigned sales target Responsible for managing relations with Regional Head of bank as well as branch managers and other leaders of bank.

- Responsible for gaining high mind share towards life insurance business through frequent interaction with bank employees.

- Main role includes frequent training of partner channel employees and frontline sales team

- Actively monitoring KPIs to deliver targeted per employee productivity level.

- Maintaining persistency and other quality parameters of business.

- Creating positive work environment to reduce attrition.
