Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure efficient dispatch processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing retail stores, handling dispatch operations, and leading teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. The Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining store standards, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
2. Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
3. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
4. Monitor and achieve sales targets, profitability, and operational goals.
5. Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Inventory and Stock Management:

1. Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
2. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
3. Manage inventory turnover and minimize stock discrepancies or losses.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.

Dispatch Operations:

1. Oversee the dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
2. Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
3. Ensure all dispatch-related documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.
4. Monitor delivery timelines and resolve any issues related to delays or damaged goods.

Team Leadership and Development:

1. Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve performance targets.
2. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
3. Identify training needs and provide coaching to improve team performance.

Reporting and Compliance:

1. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance, sales, and inventory.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
3. Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions for business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in store management and dispatch operations.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
