Position Title: Salon Business Manager
Location: Mohali

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salon Business Manager to oversee and manage all salon operations under the Orane brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all salon locations. This role requires a blend of business acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth and Business Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase salon revenue and profitability.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and create action plans to meet and exceed sales

targets.

• Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative marketing and promotional

campaigns.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate partners to boost

business opportunities.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, train, and mentor salon staff, including managers, stylists, and support teams.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance employee engagement

and productivity.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team

members.

3. Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for all salon locations.
• Monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Implement pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize revenue.

5. Customer Experience:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving

complaints promptly.

• Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.

6. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all salons comply with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with company policies and industry

standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in managing multiple salon locations or a similar role in the

beauty and wellness industry.

• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficient in using salon management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
