Instagram Executive

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Instagram Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to manage and elevate our Instagram presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Instagram's algorithms, content strategies, and engagement tactics. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and creative content for Instagram (photos, videos, reels, stories, carousels) that aligns with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to build a loyal online community.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage Instagram-specific campaigns (organic and paid) that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track Instagram performance using analytics tools to measure growth, engagement, and ROI; present reports to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
• Trends & Insights: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices on Instagram, including IG updates, hashtag strategies, and influencer collaborations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, copywriting, and other social media channels to ensure a cohesive and effective digital strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in social media management, specifically Instagram.
• Creative Skills: Strong eye for design, photography, and videography; proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write compelling captions and engage audiences effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and optimize content and campaigns.
• Knowledge of Trends: In-depth understanding of Instagram features, tools (IGTV, Reels, Stories), and trends.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with Instagram Ads, influencer marketing, and community management.

Preferred:

• A passion for social media, content creation, and staying on top of the latest digital trends.
• Previous experience working in the [industry type] is a plus.
