Job Overview: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within your assigned territory. You will actively engage with potential customers, build strong relationships, and promote our products/services to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mind-set.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, calls, and emails.
4. Present product/service demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
5. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to address customer needs and feedback.
7. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and competitive analysis.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
11. Distributing of Pamphlets in the market.
