PL/SQL Java Flexcube Project Manager

We work for one of the largest multi-national banks (Client) with presence across the globe. We work on Flexcube Interfaces Services and is one of the industry leading solutions for the Client. We are responsible for the enhancements to the existing platform to cater to the growing business needs based on industry trends, either functionally or technically.

Looking for Project Manager who would be responsible for:

• Requirements analysis, planning, tracking
• Delivery high quality solutions
• Coordination with stakeholders
• End to end project delivery

Your Opportunity

You will be responsible for applying your extensive hands-on knowledge of PL/SQL, Java and FLEXCUBE features to develop functional requirements. You would be responsible for the entire development life cycle viz., development till production implementation.

Your Responsibilities

As an integral part of the development team, you will be responsible for the following

• Work with appropriate stakeholders to develop project scope of work documents and project plans that include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule and any related risks, assumptions, actions, and issues.
• Assign schedules, training, demonstrations, review deliverables, and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.
• Responsible to perform Requirement Analysis and Implementation, gathering Business Requirements and recommend options to business.
• Coordinate interactions with other global, regional teams
• Work with Portfolio Managers to document scope of work and provide key business and technology stakeholders a walkthrough on the project deliverables.
• Document opportunities to integrate systems and resources to fulfil project requirements.
• Ensure relationships between end-users and project team members are strong and are maintained through effective communication.
• Focus on the customer and functional areas of the program and provides technology solutions, manage customer expectations.

Your Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience either in a Development role / as a Systems Analyst/ Project Manager
• Strong technical experience and knowledge of Java, PL/SQL
• 8+ years of strong experience in FLEXCUBE
• Must have experience in project planning and execution.
• Experience in establishing Requirement Management Standard process with multiple SDLC methodologies like waterfall, agile, iterative development.
• Strong understanding of change control process
• Must have experience in working on multiple concurrent projects and significant experience in working with teams across multiple groups.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
• Strong Communication skills to manage Senior business stakeholder communication and expectation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong skills in Project Management, Business Analysis, interpersonal relationships, handling cultural diversity, communication (written and verbal), matrix management and direct management experience.
• The candidate must possess excellent communication skills as they will be interacting with people with diverse skills and seniority across different locations and time zones.
• Candidate should also be experienced with multi-tasking and balancing tasks with priorities.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in Flexcube Loans & Deposits, Flexcube Data structure
• The candidate should be proactive and should be capable to research and find solutions to the problem.
