TAM - Oracle DBA

Our customers will measure our contribution to their success based on the value they receive from our services. TAMs are responsible for the overall governance and technical service delivery. They help customers maximize the business value of their Oracle investments, achieving the desired business outcomes while minimizing risk. To do this, TAMs must become trusted advisors to the customer, ensure consistency and quality of deliverables, help customers deliver their IT strategy, overcome challenges and meet business goals, and use leading practices for successful Oracle technology and Cloud deployments and operations. The Services Portfolio includes Managed Services, On-Premise, Hybrid Cloud, Applications, Platforms and Databases (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), and Security services that TAMs may manage in full or in part.

• Monitor shift handover emails and extract relevant data to maintain activity lists.
• Weekly updates to issue and risk logs.
• Compile Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and accordingly update Confluence Page on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and document successful achievements, proactive benefits, key milestones, and BPO. Gather slides from respective team members for inclusion.
• Track both proactive and reactive project trackers weekly.
• Bi-weekly review of project details in Document Management System.
• Prepare meeting documents and maintain Minutes of Meeting for each session.
• Conduct follow-ups and interactions with customers regarding Customer Satisfaction Survey and Proactive Database Review Dashboards.
• Maintain Sales to Delivery Handover and Service Delivery Plan documents.
• Create Monthly Service Review Documents.
• Sharing monthly newsletters.
• Update key highlights on Slack channel about site.
• Allocation of resources for critical activities.
• Validate rosters.
• Manage stakeholder inventory by coordinating with bank personnel.
• Liaise and follow up with the customer on recommendations shared in proactive review reports.
