Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for ECPRT. As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BE/BTECH degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 6 to 10 years of software engineering or related experience

Responsibilities.
Work as individual contribute for Enterprise communication platform Realtime which includes design, implementation, troubleshoot and mentoring.
Analyze and create implementation strategies for requirements
Developed highly efficient code for the product.
Use and contribute to the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process (CI/CD).
Collaborate with local and remote teams (APAC, Europe and USA) of software developers & Quality Assurance

Desired Skills:

• Full stack developer with good hands on Java, ReactJS/ Java Script with minimum 5 to 8 years of hands on experience along with unit testing.
• Work experience on REST Microservice development.
• Worked on Cloud solutions OCI, AWS, Azure.
• Work experience implementing complex scalable applications
• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong Knowledge of TCP/UDP/IP and networking concepts is a must.
• Experience in telecom domain and WebRTC experience is desirable
• Working experience in Audio/Video codecs and protocols is desirable
• Experience with UNIX (one of Linux) and Windows
• Experience with one or more revision control systems (Git, Subversion, Perforce, CVS, etc.)
• Should be able to design and implement complex software products and be able to perform in depth reviews.
