Job Description

We are looking for an experienced leader to join the Fusion Applications Technical Architecture team for delivering our next generation cloud native applications platform running in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

You will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers who are defining the architecture, standards, and best practices for how Fusion Application moves to cloud native micro-service architecture You will be responsible for identifying and building the infrastructure needed to support this transition

Proven track record of leading teams, delivering, deploying, and managing secure business services that are continuously available using cloud native infrastructure

Creative thinking and hands on development of enterprise scalable services using the latest technology

Passionate about building cutting edge enterprise applications with the understanding that Oracle Application tools and services must be rock solid from testing, resiliency, and security perspective

We are looking for team members who believe in the value of cross team collaboration, code reviews, test case analysis, and defect reviews

It s all about continuously learning and improving

Candidate Profile:

Engineering degree in Computer Science or related fields with 12+ years of professional product development experience

5+ years of experience with cloud native infrastructure and management tools

3+ years of experience of managerial experience

Good experience with cloud tools Kubernetes, Go and Terraform is a strong plus
Strong experience in building software products for large customers/enterprises

Experience working in an agile development environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner to all audiences

Enterprise application domain knowledge preferred

Familiarity with open-source tools and integration

Career Level - M3

As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge

Build and lead a strong team of engineers and architects
Manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, according to provided design specifications
Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture
