Software Development Snr Manager

In this role you will find yourself leading and managing a global development team spread across India, USA and Mexico towards building market leading product that enables Supply, Demand Collaboration and Vendor Managed Inventory product. This offers opportunities to work across functional areas in procurement, supply chain planning, order management and various other Supply Chain planning functions.

You will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and strategy to the team. You will establish and develop the team to meet and execute the strategy, and will contribute to the success of your team and other related teams. We expect you to deliver large-scale projects on time with high quality.

As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.
