Software Development Snr Manager

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager who is passionate about building a great team.

Someone who is not afraid to dig into hard engineering problems to improve the core fundamentals of our systems, add critical and exciting new features, revolutionize how our engineers work day-to-day, and try new technologies to solve critical problems.

You will have an opportunity to work with peers from other individual product/application teams.

You will guide a team of engineers, mentoring them through this journey and providing technical leadership

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science

10+ years of Management experience and atleast 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining containerized (docker) applications and Kubernetes based deployment.

Experience with Software Defined Infrastructure and Provisioning Automation

Hands on experience with atleast one of the cloud infrastructure: OCI, Azure, AWS, RHOS

Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Go, Java, etc.,

Experience with Git or Git based source control systems (BitBucket, GitHub, GitLab)

Experience with one of the CI/CD tooling like Jenkins, Bamboo etc.,

Experience with one or more infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible or equivalent tooling

Experience with scripting languages like Python

Excellent communication skills

Experience in grooming the team technically and ramping up the team in new technology.

Excellent collaboration skills. Should be able to work with multiple teams across domains to resolve a complex issue.
