Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

The Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with Talent Management, Learning, ORC will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Cloud HCM modules, particularly in Talent Management, Learning and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. This role requires strong expertise in HCM systems and a deep understanding of processes to enhance business operations and strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet those needs.
• Implement and maintain Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Learning and Talent Management modules.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with HR and other business units to improve talent management processes.
• Develop and deliver training for end-users on Oracle HCM functionalities.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable performance.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM updates and best practices.
• Worked on Redwood Pages Upgrades.
• Payroll knowledge would be an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in Talent Management, Learning and ORC.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
