Oracle Database Administrator - Performance Tuning (10-20 yrs)

Job Description :

- Very strong project management skills managing multiple projects

- Oracle Instance level tuning and optimization

- In-depth knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL.

- Database upgrade and installation process

- Database backup/recovery/troubleshooting with user managed backup & RMAN

- Oracle dataguard setup and administration

- Oracle RAC (real application cluster) setup/administration/troubleshooting

- Shell scripting for administration/monitoring etc

- Experienced in Implementation, Configuration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Upgradation of Oracle Applications R12.

- MiddTier tuning / Java profiling for Oracle EBS.

- Proven understanding of Apps tech architecture, 12.2 features, ad utilities, online patching, cloning, upgrades, troubleshooting skills, concurrent processing, Install, autoconfig.

- Exposure in Load balancing, PCP, OAM, Workflow, sysadmin, SSO integration.

- Ability to analyze a system state dump, optimizer trace, sql trace, a hang analyze, AWR/ASH reports.

- Should be highly experienced in multiple platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management

- Good experience in Database performance tuning and troubleshooting. TKPROF, Staspack ETC

- Good SQL tuning experience using SQL hints/SQL profile/Query Rewriting etc.

- Cloud db experience will be a plus
