Oracle Database Administrator (7-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1). Database Migration : Lead and execute Oracle RAC migrations with solid hands-on experience.

2). Manage the migration of large production databases to ExaCC.

3). Exadata Expertise : Utilize strong knowledge of Exadata to ExaCC migration processes.

4). Upgrade Management : Oversee upgrades to Oracle 19C, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.

5). Scripting and Automation : Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate database management tasks.

6). Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with development and IT teams to support application performance and database optimization.

7). Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support for database issues and performance tuning.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle DBA roles, with proven expertise in the required skills.

- Strong understanding of database architecture and management principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work flexible shifts to accommodate AEST hours.
