Lead - DevOps

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Azure cloud resources including VMs, containers, databases, and other infrastructure components.
• Implement and maintain Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Azure App Service.
• Design, implement, and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Automate deployment processes to ensure faster, more efficient delivery cycles.
• Ensure pipelines are optimized for speed, reliability, and maintainability.
• Implement best practices to ensure the availability, latency, and performance of production systems.
• Work on incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem analysis to prevent future issues.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks to detect and respond to potential service disruptions.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for system provisioning and configuration management.
• Leverage configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to maintain consistency across environments.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
