Senior Workforce Planning Analyst / Lead

Positions in this function are responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling, and improving business processes. Leads process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. This position is also responsible for ticket triage, research and resolution of platform issues for NPM. Also responsible for access tickets and other hierarchy inquires for NPM. May assist with designing, testing, facilitation, training and evaluation of NPM content. All other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems related to user support for a set of performance management applications
• Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with minimal assistance from others
• Prioritize work in order to manage multiple task types and meet deadlines for all
• Be able to communicate easily with customers both to understand issue and explain the solution
• Expected to become a subject matter expert in assigned field, will need to fully learn initial overview, then independently test and troubleshoot different scenarios and share information and expertise

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience
• 2+ years of Excel experience
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL Server
