Senior Workforce Planning Analyst or Lead

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops reports and complex dashboards and data visualizations utilizing the best reporting platform for the job (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau)
• Connects reporting data visualization objects to external data sources, including the testing and validation of the reporting platforms objects ability to connect
• Works with Other teams and internal systems to acquire data to meet customers needs
• Collaborates with other members of the Team on the design and implementation of optimal data design to support a suite of reports with consideration to consistency and report performance
• Establish standard methodologies for data assessment and interpretation across multiple dashboards to ensure consistent information representation
• Manages work, timelines, and sets stakeholder expectations
• Brings new tools and approaches to team to streamline and improve process
• Tests and validates solutions
