PRODUCT OWNER

Summary :

As a Product Owner, you are an experienced multidisciplinary person, you have a vision for your product and you are able to share it, guiding the development of software products towards success.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the product management department or the customers in order to understand the functional requirements and maximize the value;

- Engage with the software development team (Developers, Architects, Tech leads, UI/UX Designer) to transform the functional requirements into tasks / user stories

- Prioritize the functional needs, manage the backlog and the roadmap;

- Plan product releases in collaboration with the Product Manager;

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like planning, grooming, reviews or any other relevant meetings to oversee the development of the product;

- Collaborate with the multiple stakeholders, whether it is external (customers) or internal (Product and/or Project Management Office, Development team, etc) and act as a liaison between the different teams;

- Provide feedback and anticipate the needs of the stakeholders;

- Collaborate with UI/UX Specialists to develop user interfaces

Skills And Qualifications Required :

- 8 years of relevant software experience including 5 years as a Functional Architect or Product Owner;

- Ability to transform needs and requirements into functional stories and summarize them

- In-depth knowledge of Agile development and SCRUM / KANBAN methodologies

- Good experience of collaborative tools such as Figma, Jira and Product plan

- Good experience with development tools like Jira, Git, GitHub, Gitlab;

- Good to have experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI;

- Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills;

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant studies in computer science
