Product Owner (10-13 yrs)

Technical Skills :

- Good experience as product owner / business analyst preferably in eCommerce domain

- Drives business requirements, analyses requirements, reprioritizing and scoping them for Product Increments Sprints, Develops and/or directs development of schedules

- Coordination between project team and business users on User Acceptance tests

- Responsible for creating of EPICS, user stories and grooming the stories

- Responsible for defining acceptance criteria and exit criteria for stories

- Responsible for clarifying team's queries on business requirements and priorities

- Must be able to do scrum master role - scheduling ceremonies, driving scrum calls, coordination towards resolving impediments, capacity planning and tracking metrics (burndown, velocity etc.)

- Good experience working in agile methodologies - SCRUM / SAFE

- Collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and

implement changes to product, processes, or business practices.

- Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.

- Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.

- Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.

Process Skills :

Agile Methodology :

- PO Certification is must.

- Project Management experience is preferred.

Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering (Computer background preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market needs.

Roadmap Development : Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog that reflects stakeholder needs and business objectives.

Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.

Customer Focus : Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience.

Agile Methodology : Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure effective team collaboration.

Performance Metrics : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to communicate product vision, progress, and results.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a focus on e-commerce.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, user behavior, and best practices.

- Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience with UX/UI principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
